Final policy content must describe the actual implemented public-site, support/contact, hosting, logging, and checkout data flows.

Current public-site implementation

The current public site is a static Cloudflare Pages deployment and does not introduce customer accounts, analytics, behavioral advertising, marketing automation, live chat, custom payment-card collection, or hosted EF-PUMP analytical processing.

Public website delivery necessarily involves technical hosting and network processing by Cloudflare. Product-support email sent to support@tembrisforge.com is routed through Cloudflare Email Routing to a controlled private destination mailbox.

Normal use of EF-PUMP Professional V1 does not require customers to transmit operational pump data, engineering evidence, analytical input files, or generated analytical results to the seller merely to use the product.

Deployment dependency

The final Privacy Policy remains dependent on the actual production support/contact mechanism, hosting and logging behavior, cookies or browser storage if any, third-party resources if any, and the implemented Paddle checkout relationship.

This page remains a controlled non-final Privacy Policy location. It does not represent a finalized Privacy Policy and does not authorize live checkout, live customer payment, or external commercial distribution.
